At Waterside, our Management Team is extremely dedicated and works daily to provide our community with an amazing experience. Once you have reached the Senior Barista rank, you can be recommended for Management Intern. However, you must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Roblox activity: The activity is crucial to your recommendation. Your tasks at the cafe should include helping customers and lower members of staff who need help learning recipes.
• Discord activity: You should frequently participate in conversations on our communications server to create bonds with our staff and other members.
• Age: In correspondence with Discord's Terms of Service, and to avoid safe chat, you must be 13 or older to be recommended.
• Professionalism: Even the grammar policy is not compulsory for working here. Using proper grammar can show your extra professionalism, which can help you increase the percentage of being recommended.

Options

Option A • Recommendations. To be recommended, you must remain active, hard-working, and dedicated to show your attitude as a Senior Barista. Any Assistant Manager+ can recommend you for your personal Management Quiz to test your knowledge of becoming a part of the management team. Please be aware that any form of hinting is not tolerated and will reduce or instantly blacklisted your opportunity with our management, depending on its severity.

Option B • Applications. We release Management Applications when we are planning to recruit a tons of potential management if we lack management. These applications are announced in our #recruitment channel on Discord. You can apply using the Form provided. Your application do not need a perfect grammar, but you must have good vocabulary, and great detail. Please note that application does not require you to be a Senior Barista. Instead, this will be public recruitment.
