At Waterside, Roblox will be our main operating platform, other than Discord exclusive for the community used.

1. Citation

These ordinances may be cited as the Waterside Global Ordinance, which will be enforced on the following platform(s):

1. Follow to Roblox ToS & Guidelines

As our primary services will be operated on Roblox, it is crucial for all users to follow Roblox's regulations to prevent any moderation consequences issued by Roblox Officials.

  1. Please always follow Roblox's Terms of Service (ToS) and Guidelines.

2. Dress Code

Your avatar represents yourself, and our community, and only appropriate clothing and/or packages should be applied to your avatar at all of our facilities.

  1. Do not wear bloody outfits. Bloody outfits mean t-shirts with blood images.
  2. Do not equip any aggressive accessories. Aggression accessories include but are not limited to:
    1. Knife
    2. Axe
    3. Sword
    4. Or any accessories that can bring harmful to others
  3. You should not be wearing naked outfits, meaning you should at least wear clothes and pants.

3. Anti-offence Policy

At Waterside, we strive to maintain a safe and friendly environment for our members. We expect our customers and visitors to follow the rules and regulations we have set out for the public. Our staff will ensure these regulations are enforced at all of our facilities.

  1. Do not do anything that can be an offence to others, offence items can be refered as follows:

  1. Disrespecting can be either minor or major, depending on their speech harmfulness. Our Management Team will check the chatlogs to consider which offence they are.
  2. Caps Abusing is not an offence as long as their capitalised chat is neutral. Else, it will lead to a Minor Offense.
  3. We understand that Voice Chat is a Gray Area under our offence list because not all players can use VC in Roblox. However, those who can hear voice chat can do a recording of your speech and report it if it is an offence. </aside>
