We welcome everyone with a clear goal to join our Staff Team. To join our team, please make sure to follow the following procedure.

1. Join our Roblox Group

First, please make sure you have joined our Roblox Group. The Group link can be found here. After joining the group, you should receive a *Customer* role directly.

2. Complete a short application

Next, please join our Recruitment Centre and complete a short application with a few Multiple Choice Questions.

Due to a technical issue, the Recruitment Centre currently works with a limited ranking request per month. However, we will promote those who passed the application as soon as possible.

3. Attend any scheduled training

After passing the application, you will be ranked to *Awaiting Training*. Which means you will be eligible to attend any scheduled training sessions. Please make sure to subscribe to the Sessions News in our Community Server to receive real-time training notifications once there is an upcoming session, which is visible in the Available Session tab.

4. Enjoy your working experiences at Waterside

If you have passed the training, congratulations! You are now an official staff at Waterside. You may start your journey as a staff member at Waterside. To rank up, you may attend another training session. Once you have reached the rank of *Barista*. You will be requested to participate in detailed training for your road to management internship**.** A short interview will be required to test the knowledge you have learnt in the instructions stage before promotion.
