This Ordinance may be cited as the “Waterside Ordinance” to safeguard our community and the discussion within our community should be everyone safety.

The ordinance will be separated into two chapters, Roblox Regulations and Community Regulations. Which will be clearly shown the corresponding ordinance in the corresponding situations.

Appealing System

We provide anyone who wishes to appeal for their Permanent Ban an opportunity to appeal for their false. However, here are some terms that we hope you understand while applying for an appeal.

1. Explain clearly what happened that led to your ban, including any important details.
2. Be polite and respectful in your appeal, without rude or aggressive language.
3. Fill out the form honestly, without hiding or misrepresenting any information.
4. Show that you are committed to improving your behaviour and being a better community member.
5. Accept the moderation team's decision, follow the community guidelines, and comply with any additional requirements.
6. Understand the moderation team may need to ask you for more information to review your appeal properly.
